What I Would’ve Twittered
So during Crowns Camp, I fasted from Twitter. I may have made it look easy but it wasn’t! You’d be amazed how many times a day I’d think to myself “Wow I gotta Twitter this” then realized I couldn’t! Well after having read Mark’s blog post where he did a recap of what he would have twittered while being away on the KLove Cruise, I thought it’d be cool to do the same. I must say though, looking at the number of tweets he had and the number I had, I can safely say I’m way more addicted than he claims to be :p So here it is…..a little game I like to call, What I Would’ve Twittered….Enjoy! Monday: 9am - Crowns Camp Day One - let the fun begin! :) 10am - On the road again….helping mom distribute her magazine all week. Yay! 10:30am - http://twitpic.com/1n83q - Hello spring! Take that, Mr. Groundhog! :p 1pm - Eye heart penne alfredo from Carinos! 7pm - Holy moly! Just finished off leftovers from my double-date dinner this weekend and they get better every day! 10pm - Crowns Camp Day One HUGE success! Accomplished more today than I have in the last week! Tuesday: 9am - Crowns Camp Day Two - hope yall are participating because wow! This is awesome! 10am - Here we go again! Off to paint the town Moxie! :) 1pm - (this is the one I did send) I know I’m not supposed to be twittering but I just found out my best friend’s pregnant! YAY! Been trying for 2 years! 7pm - Just got off phone w/ my friend. Baby due in late August! :) They plan to have it here. (Currently living in Arkansas) Not sure how that will work, but we’ll see. 10pm - Woah baby! Where the heck did this storm come from??? This is major! Unplugging computer before my room blows up :p Wednesday 9am - Crowns Camp Day Three - Psalm 139. YAY!!! My favorite! 9:05am - Distributing in Boerne today. Yay! Love Boerne! 10am - Ok NOW we’re leaving for Boerne. There’s an hour of sleep I’ll need to make up for sure! 1pm - Hitting Main St. I could spend an ENTIRE day here! :) 1:15pm - Holy seven dollar brownie Batman! This thing is HUGE! And I’m sad to say, not all that good :( 7pm - Nothing better than waking up from a 3hr afternoon nap to Jeremy Camp on the radio :) Dinner time, then work for bro! 8:30pm - So…on this 12pg list of addresses my bro printed out, there are NO zip codes :( Ugh! Internet here I come… Thursday 9:30am - @jeremycamp I’ll have you know I fell asleep and woke up singing “It’s A Small World” thanks to you :p 10am - As I turn on KLove: MercyMe, Addison Road, Jeremy Camp all in a row - Are you kidding me? WHY MUST YOU TORTURE ME SO?!?! 1pm - Seguin has to be the most BORING town EVER…how did I manage to live here for 3 years? But MAN is this food yummy! :) 3pm - At Kids Club meeting….local dollar store donated a BUTTLOAD of jewelry so we got to raid it for FREE! :) Got me some serious goodies! 3:35pm - A car just pulled up & 6 people got out all dressed in red. Weird! 3:40pm - ….and another one! I’m scared! 3:45pm - OBC Children’s Choir is performing for us….the red shirts make sense now :) 7pm - Home sweet home! Papa Murphy’s pizza & cheesesticks in the oven, Sierra Mist in my hands, & cookie dough in the fridge. Life is good! 9:30pm - Belated Crowns Camp Day Four - FOUR???? Wow! - Galatians 6:7-8 & Romans 12:1-2….good stuff! 11:30pm - If I have to stay awake one more minute I will cry! Goodnight Twitterbugs! Friday 9am - This is WAY early for me for a Friday! Why am I awake? Oh well….YAY FRIDAY! 12pm - “Thousand Foot Krutch is now following you on Twitter” Sweet! :) 2pm - Day 5 of Crowns Camp up finally! It’s HILARIOUS! A must-see for sure! 2:30pm - @markhallcc You are cracking me up today! 7pm - So when I agreed to create 100 mailouts for my bro, I forgot about the part where I have to SEAL 100 mailouts! Yuck! 11pm - Just preordered Live Revelations! Woohoo! Saturday 9am - HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!! :) Love you all! 10am - At work for the next 6 hours & no Twitter, MySpace, or Facebook to keep me entertained! This could get ugly :p 2:30pm - Just talked to Rose. She & Adam are planning on taking me to the Sea World TD show! Woohoo! Now I just gotta see if I can get off work. 4pm - I survived! :) Now to get my room kid-ready! Watching my niece & nephew tonight! 5:30 - Crowns Camp Day Six FINALLY posted, but it’s not working :( Video still processing…. 5:30 - @markhallcc Dude, these devotionals are coming later and later every day :p I’ll let it slide today cause I know you’re excited to see your sweetie :) 5:35 - Spent the last couple days in Job. Rough stuff! But worth the read! 6pm - DUDE! I LOVE Verizon! Got letter to sign up for VCast VPak to save $$ so I called to sign up & guy backdated it to cover all my use this month AND gave me next month free! 10pm - Watching Mickey’s Sweethearts Special with my niece & nephew :) Sunday 2am - Hearing Jeremy Camp’s Understand on the radio for the first time EVER! Wow! P.S. Why am I still awake? Gotta be up in 6 hrs! 12pm - Church was awesome this morning! New members classes are next month! Yay! Time to play catch up on Crowns Camp! Still have to do notes on yesterday’s devo. 7pm - Dear Bill Miller BBQ, you did not impress me tonight. Granzins will ALWAYS reign supreme in the BBQ dept! 9pm - Let the record show that I am HORRIBLE at pool! But I still love it! :) 9:45 - http://twitpic.com/1n83w - Hot. Fresh. Doughnuts. Yum! 10pm - Let the record also show that I am the world’s clumsiest doughnut eater! 10:30pm - @markhallcc I’ve got you one-upped! Had sweet tea AND Krispy Kreme doughnuts tonight :p Not at the same time though…that’s gross! 11pm - Starting to feel the aforementioned sweet tea/Krispy Kreme combo! Not fun! :( Too. Much. Sugar! 11:30pm - No Crowns Camp for today :( Sadness! Oh well…goodnight Twitterbugs! Monday 10am - Up & at em…looking up how to make diaper cakes for my friend’s baby shower. Trust me, it’s not as gross as it sounds :p 6pm - It’s PARTY TIME!!! Happy 80th birthday Grandma! 9pm - Gonna watch P.S. I Love You. Yay! 11pm - Yall need to watch P.S. I Love You! And have tissues! 11:30pm - Crowns Camp Day Seven - HUGE eye opener! And it’s not even technically part of the Camp! 11:30pm - Off to bed. Back out on the road with mom tomorrow for more distribution! Tuesday 9:45am - Dear Social Security, if you’re gonna make a phone appt for me then how about answering the phone?!?! Ugh! 10am - Ummm…since when do we have a zoo here in town? According to Monster.com we do. Weird! 11am - Dear Social Security, how nice of you to call me back an HOUR after my scheduled appt!… 11am - ….and excuse me for having parents who don’t make me pay rent cause they know I’m paying an arm and a leg for student loans & other debt! 11:30am - Too yucky to go out and distribute today, so I’m doing my taxes instead. Joy! :p 11:45am - ix-nay on the axes-tay….can’t figure out which form I’m supposed to use! :( None of them work for me! Oh well…I got 2 months left to figure it out 2:30pm - Off to Kids Club….not feeling so hot right now so I’m not looking forward to this…oy! 7pm - Home from Kids Club & our printer refuses to print tax forms for me. Ugh! Why is it so dang hard to do taxes? 9pm - Just read through all of Philippians….good stuff! Wednesday 9am - Planned to go to San Marcos with mom today, but she & dad are going to SA instead. Back to bed I go! 12pm - Just got a bill from AT&T who I left 3 months ago. The bill was for $0….waste of paper much? 2pm - Yeah baby! Jeremy Camp will be at a FREEEEEE festival in Dallas this summer! I’m so there! Over 40 bands in 2 days! It’s gonna rock! 2:30pm - I cannot for the life of me figure out why someone keeps taking my mail out of the mail slot before the mailman picks it up! But I’m SERIOUSLY starting to get frustrated! 3pm - Ah Ha! The mail thief turned out to be the dog. Go figure! 11pm - Ok so I cheated a lot today & got on Twitter & Facebook. Oh well. Mark’s not around to keep the Camp going so we’ll call it intermission :p
