2009...The Year of the Swine....flu, that is!
I’ll admit, I tend not to worry about things until they directly affect me. So when this whole swine flu thing came about, my reaction was: “Wow that’s scary” Pray for those affected. Shrug it off. Go back to living my life.

In church this morning we talked about the Ten Commandments & our pastor asked us to shout them out as he listed them on the board. He abbreviated instead of writing them all out so our list looked like this at the end….

Third Day Rocks Sea World....TWICE!
Yesterday was a LONG but FABULOUS day! Went to see Third Day at Sea World with Rose & her family. We left at 7:30am….yes, am! Arrived at Sea World about 8:30, and they kindly opened the park at 9 for us (it was scheduled to open at 10) so the wait wasn’t too long, but it definitely would’ve been nicer had it not been 40 degrees out!

Chicken & Black Bean Enchiladas
Ingredients
3 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 1 rotisserie chicken)
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (8 3/4-oz.) can no-salt-added corn drained
1 (8-oz.) package shredded reduced-fat Mexican four- divided
8 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
Vegetable cooking spray
2 (10-oz.) cans enchilada sauce...

Saturday Song

I think it’s safe to say that Crowns Camp has officially ended. Sad! Who knows, Mark may decide to pick up where he left off when things slow down but it’s not likely at this point. Oh well.
